Priscilla’s real estate career began in commercial real estate negotiating leases for a national retailer. That beginning honed her negotiating skills that she has been able to put to good use for her clients. It also laid a great foundation for understanding contracts by having to negotiate and revise contract language for complex legal agreements, relevant laws and regulations, and to meet the national retailer’s policies.
After 5 years of commercial real estate, Priscilla started her own investment company to purchase, renovate, lease, and sell single-family homes. She acquired the knowledge and expertise in innovative marketing campaigns to sell her properties to qualified buyers. In addition, Priscilla learned an effective process for competitive market price assessments that produced profitable closings!
